NEKOWSA Swim Registration

WE’RE LOOKING AT YOU, 2023!

Yes, online registration is now open for Kingdom Swim 2023, including our iconic 10 Mile Race and our 25 km Border Buster.  We are already planning THE PARTIES;  Hall of Fame Inductions,, Swimmers and Yackers Pasta Dinner at the Eastside, on Friday.  Picnic and Beer Tent on the Beach on Saturday.  Fees include T Shirts for you and your yacker, dinner for two Friday evening, and lunch for two on the beach on Saturday.  NO LANES – NO LINES – NO LIMITS

But we have to say, we fell in love with our small group events in 2020 and 2021, so we’re keeping it small on our 24 other days of open water swimming.

NEK Swim Week will be open to no more than 20 swimmers each day.  (With the expected return of corn on the cob for lunch) August 5 through 13, 2022.  (Exception, we’re capping Willoughby at 35)

We started our Saturday Clubhous Swim Series in 2020.  We had a blast with these swims in 2021 and 2022.  On most Saturdays from mid-June to mid-September throughout the Summer, limited to 20 swimmers on any given day.  Or make a full weekend of it and stick around for Sundays with BRYNNSWIM – Technical Clinics starting on June 19th,

In 2022 we blew open the Canadian border, one vaccination at a time and resumed In Search of Memphre the 25-mile length of Lake Memphremagog.  Nine Swimmer Scouts completed their swims in 2022, the most in one year since we started in 2011.  We are offering 7 three-day windows with one to two swimmers in any given window.

Here’s our full schedule of 27 days of open water swimming: NEKOWSA 2023 Schedule of Swims

To the extent that Covid-19 continues its deranged presence among our nation’s population, we are prepared to be nimble, flexible, and firm to do what the conditions next summer require.

With vaccines fully available to anyone who wants them, we are requiring that all swimmers, yackers, volunteers, and staff be vaccinated before you join us.  No exceptions.  In addition, we will fully comply with all standards issued by the State of Vermont regarding gatherings of fully vaccinated participants.

Please note:  all registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable,  The one exception is that if you let us know at least 30 days prior to the event that you can’t make it, we will apply 75% of your fees toward another event in the same calendar year, OR 50% of your fees to the same event in the following year.

And, yes, we have opened registrations for 2023
