We’ve got some great dinners planned for the Festival Weekend and we need to know how many of you are planning to join us.
Friday, February 23, 2018 from 6 pm to 9 pm we will be holding a Rolling Welcome Dinner at the Newport Ciderhouse Bar & Grill. They will offer a choice of several entrees for $15 (+ tax and tip). Arrival between 6 and 8:30 is fine. Getting a sense of numbers will help them plan for us. We are looking for the number of swimmers, guests, and volunteers who would like to join us.
Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 6 pm we will have our first day Award Ceremony and Sea Food Buffet. Swimmers and some Volunteers (who have already been notified) are already reserved and paid for. Guests and additional Volunteers who want to join us are welcome. Cost of the buffet is $20 (+ tax and tip). Again, we need to know who would like to join us so that we can plan for the dinner.
